This was so simple to set up. It was pretty much plug in and play (on Virgin Media) although I had to change settings from WiFi to hard-wired. I was forced to replace a previous Samsung Smart TV that had died and I would say that the picture/sound is not as crisp as my previous version, but it is still very good. I love that I can easily access my Apps on one click such as Netflix, Prime and Disney+ as my older TV didn’t have that option. If you are used to using a Fire Stick then operating this TV feels very similar. My only gripe is the plasticky feet as they make the tv look cheap compared to my previous one that had a lovely chrome base plate. It also means you need to ensure you have a TV stand that is wide enough (measure before purchase is my advice) but hey ho … you can’t always have everything on your wish list unless you are willing to pay double the price. Amazing value!!! Purchased with a discount offer, it is a 2021 model Tv that is truly amazing value with all the tech I need. Love the ease of getting the TV set up and hdmi connection to extra items, sound box, dvd, humax, laptop and more is a cinch. Add airplay streaming and all the built in features, this is a top Tv at a sensible size that would suit everyone. Love it… buy it.

The picture is fine after going into the energy saving settings and improving the brightness and then going back into picture settings to tweak it more. As for sound quality, compared to my previous 7 year old samsung in which sadly the screen failed, it had a fantastic sound quality, i find this model has a muffled even when the graphic equalizer settings have been adjusted. You definitely need a sound bar. !
