All orders placed before 1pm daily are shipped same day (1pm time may vary during busy periods).
If you have placed an order and need to change the address, we will cancel the order (provided it hasn't already been dispatched) and you will need to reorder with the correct address added at the checkout.
We do not refund/replace any potentially lost orders until at least 7 working days have passed since dispatch (to allow for any delays in delivery).
If you leave a message to seller with your order at the checkout, we are not always guaranteed to see this, please contact us directly with any requests you may have before placing your order.
Tracking information is uploaded to the majority of our orders automatically, once the tracking shows as delivered, if you haven't received the item, please contact Royal Mail (with the tracking number) for further help regarding your order.
For instances of damaged/faulty items, we can replace or refund without the need for a return if an image can be provided of the damage/fault.
